Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated General Manager to join our security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Full profit and loss responsibility (primary compensation drivers)

• Drive Revenue and EBITDA growth of the business

• Maintain and expand customer relationships

• Direct sales efforts by the Pavion Company team

• Expand “cross selling” opportunities

• Monthly WIP review or Backlog Review

• Monthly Forecasting Objectives

• Day to Day Operations

• Prepare monthly and annual budgets for Revenue and EBITDA

• Oversee staffing

• Manage workflow and local processes

• Training of personnel

• Ensuring proper staffing levels are met to deliver

• Support AR collections and direct AP disbursements

• Build a service oriented team committed to excellence and the success of the company

• Safety Implementation of inspections, training and exhibiting a Zero Harm Mindset.

• Drive KPI improvements at target or above.

• Customer Experience/ RMR retention

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) 

• 5 years’ experience in security integration space

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to meet travel requirements

• Ability to work in a stationary position for an extended period of time

The salary range for this position is $148,000.00 - $175,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
