The Peer Support specialist will serve as a vital link between clients and community resources, helping to guide individuals toward appropriate services and opportunities for growth. By leveraging lived experience and active listening skills, the role aims to empower clients to take positive steps toward wellness and self-sufficiency. Ultimately, this position contributes to the overall mission of Beacons of Hope by enhancing community well-being and promoting recovery-oriented systems of care.
