We’re seeking a guest-focused Restaurant Manager to join our team and help create exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years of prior leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience with Front of House operations & Back of House coordination
- Expert customer service & conflict resolution skills
Key Components of the role will include:
- Demonstrating strong leadership by training and managing associates to ensure compliance with food and beverage policies and exceptional service standards.
- Overseeing the guest experience from entry to departure, including special events and room service.
- Cultivating a culture of empowerment, encouraging associates to excel in customer service.
