Counsel

PrimeCare Medical, Inc., a comprehensive health care service company providing care to county jails, prisons, and juvenile detention centers throughout the Northeastern United States, is looking for an experienced in-house counsel to join our Legal Department, under the direction of our General Counsel. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience managing litigation cases and strategy, with the ability to identify areas of risk and provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions in the areas of regulatory compliance, business/contracts, professional liability, and employment matters.

This role operates in a fast-paced and collaborative environment where the ideal candidate works independently to provide risk-based legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders based on sound research, regulatory compliance needs, and business requirements.
