POSITION INFORMATION

Seeking an organized, dependable individual to support our Warranty Department. Duties include filing and maintaining warranty records; filing OTC parts warranty claims; pulling, staging, shipping, and purging warranty parts and cores; tagging cores for credit; maintaining indoor/outdoor warranty storage areas; and reporting completed work and discrepancies to the Warranty Supervisor. Position combines computer/administrative work with hands-on heavy truck parts handling. Basic computer skills required; warranty claim training provided. Must be able to lift and move heavy truck components weighing more than 50 lbs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

• Basic computer skills; ability to learn inventory systems

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Professional appearance and customer‑service mindset

• Prior warehouse or parts handling experience preferred

PHYSICAL & WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift and transport up to 50 lbs multiple times per day

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse and outdoor areas for extended periods

• Exposure to noise, vibration, dust, exhaust fumes, and various materials
