Pediatric Home Service is looking for skilled and compassionate Nurse Supervisor to help lead our team! This position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of client care which includes clinical support, consultation and educational enrichment for staff, clients and families while supporting all caregivers to ensure their professional success in the homecare setting.

THE POSITION:

• Location: Lincoln, NE and surrounding area with regular travel between branch locations in Grand Island and Omaha
• Title: Registered Nurse Supervisor - RN
• Schedule: Full Time
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 8 am- 5 pm, Hybrid/Remote
• License Requirements: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in good standing with state board of nursing

As Nurse Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing client care while supporting our field nursing team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical guidance and leadership to nursing staff
• Coordinating and overseeing individualized client care plans
• Delivering education, training, and mentorship to caregivers
• Supporting clients and families through consultation and care coordination
• Promoting quality outcomes and regulatory compliance
• Partnering with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care
• Encouraging caregiver success and professional development in the home care setting

EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATIONS:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Nebraska State Board of Nursing
• Two (2) years of experience working as a registered nurse
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Pediatric nursing or home health/home care experience
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience
