    Build Specialized Pediatric Respiratory Experience

Pediatric Specialty Care at Hopewell is hiring Respiratory Therapists to care for children and young adults with complex medical and respiratory needs in a supportive, home-like environment.

This is an opportunity to develop or expand your experience in pediatric respiratory care, ventilator management, tracheostomy care, weaning, and respiratory rehabilitation. If you bring a strong respiratory foundation, sound clinical judgment, and a genuine interest in working with children, our team will help you build the specialized skills needed for the role.

Unlike settings centered on brief encounters and rapid handoffs, PSC allows you to know each child’s baseline, recognize meaningful changes, build relationships with families, and see progress over time.

Hear from a PSC Respiratory Therapist

“Our Respiratory team supports one another and shares a common goal of providing the best possible care. Getting to know each child, supporting their growth, and working alongside their families has made my time at PSC incredibly meaningful.”

    What PSC Offers

    • $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, subject to program terms

    • Specialized pediatric respiratory experience

    • Support for qualified RTs who are new to pediatrics or long-term care

    • 12-hour day and night shift opportunities

    • Premium night-shift differential

    • Close interdisciplinary collaboration

    • Meaningful continuity of care with children and families

    • Benefits based on employment status and eligibility

PSC at Hopewell is conveniently located near Aliquippa, Beaver County, the Pittsburgh International Airport corridor, eastern Ohio, and northern West Virginia.

If you are ready to bring your respiratory expertise to a highly specialized pediatric environment - or develop that experience with the support of an established team -we encourage you to apply.
