    Responsibilities

    Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Neonatologist to join a compassionate, highly skilled team at Arnot Ogden Medical Center, home to a Level III NICU in the heart of New York’s beautiful Finger Lakes region.

    This position is ideal for physicians who value high‑quality, community‑focused care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Whether you are looking to establish long‑term roots or prefer a block schedule that supports commuting, this role offers meaningful clinical work with flexibility and balance.

    • 20‑bed Level III NICU

    Benefits and Compensation

    Compensation Range: $275,000 to $350,000 based on years of experience.
