Senior Manager, Commercial Properties
We are seeking an accomplished commercial real estate professional to lead the management, performance, and continued growth of a diverse portfolio comprised of 1.3 million square feet of mixed commercial space. This position requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategic portfolio oversight with the day-to-day demands of property operations, tenant relations, financial performance, leasing coordination, and capital planning.

Candidates must possess a strong working knowledge of commercial building mechanical systems and preventative maintenance programs, along with the financial acumen to read, understand, and analyze balance sheets, operating statements, budgets, rent rolls, and variance reports.
