    About Pelican Bay Foundation Pelican Bay Foundation is the premier luxury community in Naples, FL. One of the area’s largest exclusive enclaves, situated on more than three square miles and bordered by pristine white-sand beaches, our community offers the most diverse slate of amenities and activities anywhere in the region. The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and two private beachfront restaurants, two tennis facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land.

    About the Position

    We are seeking a part-time seasonal Maintenance Technician to be part of our facilities department. You’ll get the opportunity to foster a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and their guests. Our ideal candidate has strong organizational and collaborative skills along with demonstrated experience in dealing with diverse personalities. You will work well under pressure, be a team player, organized, flexible, self-motivated, and reliable.

    What You’ll Do

    • Make assigned repairs and perform assigned tasks to maintain a high state of function and operational condition of Foundation equipment and facilities, includes our commercial kitchens, buildings, and surrounding acreage.
    • Clean and paint Foundation facilities as assigned, interior and exterior.
    • Perform routine electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, refrigeration, and carpentry tasks, including diagnostics, troubleshooting, fabrication, and regular maintenance.
    • Identify and report materials needed to complete projects.
    • Document in real time work order statuses with work order management software.
    • Operate a maintenance golf cart, and company licensed motor vehicle.
    • Create a customer quality experience for members and coworkers alike.
