We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual to support clinical procedures, manage front desk tasks, and ensure a smooth patient experience.     How You'll Contribute Greet and check in patients; manage front desk and patient flow throughout the day Prepare exam rooms and assist physicians with procedures, including ultrasound-guided treatments Record vitals, update medical histories, and accurately document in the EMR Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up care Collect payments at time of service and deliver financial packets as instructed by Treatment Plan Coordinators or the financial team Verify insurance eligibility and ensure all paperwork is properly completed Maintain clinical and front office supplies; ensure all rooms are clean and well-stocked Comply with HIPAA, OSHA, and all internal protocols Handle confidential patient information with professionalism and discretion Support internal coordination between clinical and administrative teams Participate in team trainings and ongoing process improvement initiatives Other duties as assigned by the department lead/manager Who We Are, What We Stand For Founded in 2017 by Dr.
