Reporting to the VP of Operations and working closely with the Chief of Staff and key leadership, this role requires a hands-on project manager who can both personally drive individual tasks to completion and hold cross-functional departments (Operations, Strategy, Finance, Legal) accountable to the committed timeline across multiple simultaneous site openings.

- Physically attend all on-site reviews, walk-throughs, and go-live coordination to ensure a smooth transition and opening

- Report site-opening status, timeline variances, and key risks to finance and operational leadership on a regular cadence
- Continuously refine the de novo playbook and tracker template based on lessons learned across sites to improve speed and predictability of future openings
- Project Management
