Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

- Use proper sales techniques to achieve sales goals and contribute to the profitability of retail outlet. - Follow standards of neatness and cleanliness for the shop in order to maintain customer appeal. - Know features and benefits of merchandise in the retail shop and be familiar with merchandise offerings in all other outlets. - Follow policies and procedures that affect inventory control. - Maintain product knowledge of gaming facility events, activities, and amenities around the facility to ensure personalized guest services. - Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the Red Carpet Customer Service Program.

- High School Diploma or equivalent. - One year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word). - Must be a minimum of 18 years of age. - Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
