    Nous recherchons un professionnel IT expérimenté pour diriger l'équipe de support informatique à travers le Canada. Ce poste pratique combine expertise technique et coordination d'équipe.

    Principales responsabilités :

    • Fournir un mentorat technique et des conseils aux membres de l'équipe de support informatique ;
    • Coordonner les opérations quotidiennes du support informatique, y compris l'attribution et la priorisation des tâches ;
    • Mettre en œuvre, maintenir et améliorer les processus et procédures de support ;
    • Coordonner l'intégration et le départ des employés, le provisionnement des postes de travail et la gestion du cycle de vie des actifs ;
    • Créer et maintenir la documentation de la base de connaissances ;
    • Collaborer étroitement avec les autres équipes pour assurer une bonne circulation des escalades et la mise en œuvre des changements ;
    • Assurer l'approvisionnement en équipements et logiciels informatiques ;
    • Diriger les déploiements informatiques, y compris les mises à jour de systèmes d'exploitation, les améliorations de la sécurité des postes de travail, les déploiements logiciels et les initiatives d'automatisation ;
    • Fournir un support direct aux utilisateurs finaux ;
    • Installer, configurer et maintenir le matériel informatique et les périphériques.

    About the Role:

    We are looking for an experienced IT professional to lead the IT Support team across Canada. This hands-on role combines technical expertise with team coordination.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Provide technical mentoring and guidance to IT Support team members;
    • Coordinate daily IT Support operations, including task assignment and prioritization;
    • Implement, maintain, and improve support processes and procedures;
    • Coordinate onboarding/offboarding, workstation provisioning, and asset lifecycle management;
    • Create and maintain Knowledge Base documentation;
    • Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure a smooth flow of escalations and implementation of changes;
    • Procurement of IT equipment, software;
    • Lead IT rollouts, including OS updates, endpoint security enhancements, software deployments, and automation initiatives;
    • Provide direct support to end-users;
    • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.
    • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en informatique, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle senior ou de responsable technique au sein d'une équipe de support informatique
    • Solide expérience en gestion d'Azure AD / Active Directory (gestion des identités, accès conditionnel, GPO)
    • Maîtrise du scripting PowerShell
    • Bonne connaissance du diagnostic des réseaux informatiques (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
    • Compétences avancées en dépannage du système d'exploitation Windows
    • Expérience en administration de Google Workspace
    • Expérience avec des logiciels de gestion des terminaux à distance (par exemple, SCCM/Intune/Endpoint Central)
    • Solides compétences analytiques et de dépannage
    • Expérience au sein d'une équipe géographiquement répartie
    • Sens du service client et approche proactive pour identifier les lacunes technologiques et proposer des améliorations systémiques
    • Capacité à coordonner une équipe mondiale travaillant dans différents fuseaux horaires.
    • 5 years of experience in IT, including at least 2 years in a Senior or Technical Lead role within IT Support
    • Strong experience with Azure AD / Active Directory management (Identity Management, Conditional Access, GPO)
    • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
    • Solid knowledge of computer network diagnostics (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP);
    • Advanced skills in Windows operating system troubleshooting;
    • Experience in Google Workspace administration
    • Experience with Remote Endpoint Management software (e.g., SCCM/Intune/Endpoint Central);
    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
    • Experience working in a geographically distributed team
    • Strong customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to identifying technology gaps and suggesting systemic improvements
    • Ability to coordinate global team working in different time zones.
