At Pepper Palace, we take pride in crafting high-quality, flavorful products, and our Spice Room Team are a crucial part of our production. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys spice in their work and the world for food production. If you're a team player with a strong work ethic and a winning attitude, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately measure and mix/blend ingredients to match recipe specifications.
• Operate mixer/blender equipment safely and efficiently.
• Help monitor recipes for quality and consistency.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet production goals.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills for accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication skills with team members and supervisors.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high-quality standards.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to safety and efficiency in all tasks.
• Prior experience in a warehouse, food production, or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Availability: Monday-Thursday, 5:30AM-3:30PM
