What You'll Do:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be one of the driving forces behind your store’s success. Your responsibilities include:

• Sales Leadership:
  • Collaboratively set and achieve sales goals with your team.
  • Help develop and motivate team members to enhance their sales and customer service skills.
• Customer Engagement:
  • Be the go-to expert for product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that keep people coming back.
• Operations Management:
  • Lead the team with daily store operations, including inventory, restocking, and visual merchandising.
  • Ensure the store meets Pepper Palace's high standards for appearance and service.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work with leadership to foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and potential areas for improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 2-4 years of supervisory experience in retail or customer service.
• Skills:
• • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail.
  • Keen understanding of key performance indicators and sales enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
• Passion: A love for creating memorable customer experiences and driving sales.
• Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
