A Day In the Life Of

• Deliver exceptional care to our patients, prioritizing their comfort and health.
• Prepare patients for examination and treatment with meticulous care.
• Take and develop X-rays to ensure top-quality diagnostic imagery.
• Capture quality orthodontic facial photos for treatment planning.
• Prepare trays for orthodontic procedures with precision.
• Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment, maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Keep chairs and treatment rooms immaculate, adhering to COVID-19 requirements.
• Show eagerness to learn or apply your experience in orthodontic chair-side assisting.
• Pour and trim impression casts for appliances with accuracy.
• Adhere to safety protocols by wearing the proper protective gear.

This position will support both the Roanoke & Salem locations

What You'll Bring To The Table

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dental or orthodontic assisting experience
• X‑ray certification (per state requirements)
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in Salem and Roanoke locations as needed

Experience & Certification

• 1 year as a Dental Assistant or Orthodontic Assistant (Preferred).
• X-Ray Certification
