Crisp Container is looking for a driven leader to manage a small warehouse team (8-10 employees). If you have supervisory experience (military or warehouse background preferred) and love keeping things organized and running smoothly, this is the job for you!
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead & train a small warehouse team
✔ Manage inventory – receiving, storage, and order fulfillment
✔ Keep operations running smoothly with hands-on problem-solving
✔ Use basic computer skills to track inventory & complete reports
✔ Ensure a safe & organized warehouse environment
✔ Communicate with management & help improve workflow
What You Need:
✅ Leadership experience (military or warehouse preferred)
✅ Strong work ethic & problem-solving skills
✅ Basic computer skills (for inventory & reporting)
✅ Knowledge of warehouse operations & inventory management
✅ Ability to lift 50 lbs & work in a fast-paced environment
✅ Forklift certification (preferred, but not required)
