To support that growth, we're looking for a Leadership Sourcer who can help us identify and engage exceptional executive and senior leadership talent across the company.
We're looking for someone who knows how to map markets, build target-company ecosystems, and engage senior leaders, the kind of people shaping strategy and building high-performing teams at the top companies in our space and beyond. You'll partner closely with recruiting leadership, hiring executives, and senior leadership to bring exceptional leadership talent into Peregrine.
