We are urgently hiring compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. As a DSP, you’ll make a difference every day by supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live more independent, fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do:
Provide daily support with personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Assist with community outings, recreational activities, and skill-building opportunities.
Ensure the safety, dignity, and well-being of those in your care.
Keep accurate records and documentation.
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Caregiving or human services experience preferred, but not required we provide paid training!
Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills.
Must pass background check; valid driver’s license preferred.
