Provide outstanding customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders across multiple channels.
Confidently handle customer enquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
Maintain a professional, engaging phone manner to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Effectively manage competing priorities and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver seamless customer experiences.
Proven experience in a customer service role dealing with both internal and external customers.
Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and clear phone presence.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle dynamic workloads efficiently.
Ability to remain calm, composed, and positive under pressure.
