Petal & Pup is an Australian-born fashion brand made for celebrating life's moments, from weekend plans to weddings and everything in between. Born in Queensland and now loved by customers around the world for our feminine take on trend-led style, we're so excited to be opening our first physical location at Harbour Town.

The Opportunity
We're looking to welcome a Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager to lead our very first store. This is a genuinely rare opportunity to help build a brand-new store from the ground up, shape its culture, and set the tone for what Petal & Pup in person feels like for years to come.

We'd love to hear from retail leaders who know how to run a beautiful, high-performing store and who get just as excited about a perfectly styled rack as they do about hitting a sales target. The Store Manager role works Tuesday to Saturday, and the Assistant Store Manager role works Sunday to Thursday, so together you'll be the heart of the store every day we're open.

The Role
As part of our Harbour Town leadership team, you will:

• Lead, coach and inspire a team that loves fashion as much as you do
• Drive sales, store standards and a shopping experience customers rave about
• Own rostering, stock and day-to-day store operations
• Bring our visual merchandising and brand standards to life in every corner of the store
• Build a warm, positive team culture from day one
• Partner closely with head office as our first store comes to life

About You
You'll bring:

• Retail leadership experience, ideally in fashion or a fast-paced, customer-first environment
• A genuine love of styling and helping people feel their best
• A natural way with people — you know how to bring out the best in a team
• Commercial smarts and a hands-on approach to hitting targets
• The flexibility to work your rostered days, including weekends
