Job Description:

1. Develop a structured Reliability Knowledge Base covering equipment, failure modes, causes, consequences, evidence, corrective actions and preventive actions.
2. Develop AI-assisted retrieval of historical failure cases and lessons learned
3. Develop an AI-assisted failure analysis capability that proposes relevant failure mechanisms and investigation pathways based on historical evidence.
4. Develop analytics to identify potential Preventive Maintenance (PM) optimization opportunities.
