Maintain the updates of Upstream Adoption Dashboard, Voice of Customer (VoC), Adoption Maturity Evaluation (AME), and Value Creation Plan (VCP) App
Enhance the functionalities of the Dashboard, VoC, AME and VCP App where possible
Assist with change management-related activities, including but not limited to poster development, video montage creation, event management etc for product adoption.
Support Scale-Up Lane (SUL) Project activities, particularly the follow through on Value Championship League.
