You are a Senior Software Engineer who thrives at the intersection of Fintech and AI innovation. Product Engineering & AI Innovation
- Own features end-to-end—from design through rollout, including talking directly with customers to understand their problems and shape product decisions.
- Lead the integration of customer-facing AI or agentic workflows into our products to enhance our platform with the latest AI capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to shape product direction and ideate on new features.
- Act as an end-to-end owner of features, ensuring they are scalable, innovative, and market-leading.
Technical Execution & Code Quality
- Contribute to high-quality code reviews, ensuring the team maintains a high bar for engineering excellence.
- Drive DevOps practices and production monitoring to ensure the stability and performance of our global platform.
- Utilize AI tools and frameworks to accelerate development cycles and improve overall team productivity.
- Ensure all features are supported through all stages of the SDLC, from initial inception to post-launch support.
Security, Compliance & Architecture
- Apply a deep understanding of security best practices and frameworks, such as OWASP, to every aspect of the development lifecycle.
- Work within our core stack (C#/.NET, Angular, SQL Server/NoSQL) to build secure, robust, and scalable fintech solutions.
- Partner with the broader engineering team to ensure system architecture meets or exceeds industry standards for data privacy and security.
Experience: 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
AI Expertise: Experience integrating customer-facing AI or agentic workflows into production environments.
Security: Demonstrated knowledge of security frameworks and best practices (OWASP).
Communication / Customer Focus: Eager to work directly with customers from feature inception to support.
