- Hands-on experience combining technical SEO, AI automation, and digital marketing
- Proven track record of using LLM tools (Claude, OpenAI) to generate and optimize technical content grounded in real customer pain points
- Ability to build and maintain AI workflows, custom agent loops, and scheduled automation runs
- Strong interest in sales alignment: you measure success by qualified leads and conversations, not just search rankings
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a strong plus).
- Experience with WordPress and a B2B or IT consulting background is a big advantage

Standort
This role is remote-first. You can work from home anywhere in Romania or make use of our Tech Hub in Cluj-Napoca. Our German offices in Berlin, Munich, and Grünwald are also available for occasional visits.
