Scopo del ruolo
La risorsa selezionata esegue attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su macchine e impianti produttivi, operando sotto la supervisione del Maintenance Coordinator e del personale senior, nel rispetto delle procedure GMP, delle norme di sicurezza e delle procedure aziendali.
Responsabilità Principali
- Nel rispetto dei principi ALCOA e delle GMP vigenti, esegue interventi di manutenzione correttiva, preventiva e migliorativa su macchine, impianti, apparecchiature e strumenti.
- Esegue interventi di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva secondo i piani e le procedure di manutenzione definiti.
- Supporta il personale senior nelle attività di manutenzione straordinaria e nei progetti di miglioramento tecnico.
- Collabora con le diverse funzioni aziendali nella definizione delle specifiche tecniche di impianti e macchinari e nella redazione della documentazione tecnica e operativa.
- Supporta le attività di analisi delle cause radice (root cause analysis) e l’implementazione di soluzioni volte a migliorare l’efficienza e l’affidabilità degli impianti.
- Fornisce supporto tecnico alle attività svolte presso l’officina meccanica.
- Registra correttamente le attività di manutenzione svolte attraverso il sistema CMMS di stabilimento.
- Opera nel rispetto delle procedure aziendali, delle norme GMP e degli standard di sicurezza, garantendo la corretta gestione degli impianti affidati.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni (giornaliero, doppio turno o triplo turno) in base alle esigenze produttive.
Requisiti
- Diploma tecnico
- Costituisce requisito preferenziale una precedente esperienza in contesti produttivi e/o nel settore farmaceutico

- Capacità di apprendimento e disponibilità alla formazione continua
- Flessibilità e disponibilità a lavorare su turni e/o nei fine settimana
Si offre contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 6 mesi.
L' iter selettivo in presenza si svolgerà nel mese di Settembre.


The annual base salary for this position ranges from €27.750,00 to €46.250,00. This salary range applies to the location Italy - Ascoli Piceno.
