Pharmacist - FT or PT - Blairmore, AB

Duties and Responsibilities

• FT/PT hours
• Engage patients to conduct CACPs and SMMAs, counsel and follow-up with patients, prescribing as appropriate and administer injections
• Dispensing activities
• Medication management including patient assessment and other professional services
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and pharmacy standards.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records.
• Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with ACP in good standing
• Previous community pharmacy experience is an asset
• Authorization to Inject required and Additional Prescribing Authorization an asset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Kroll experience an asset
• Be willing to collaborate with other health care providers
