Pharmacy Manager - Regina, SK

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, workflow, and inventory management.
• Provide exceptional clinical counseling and medication management to patients.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule a small, collaborative team of technicians and assistants.
• Ensure full compliance with provincial regulatory college standards and pharmacy legislation.
• Manage professional services such as injections, prescribing (where applicable), compounding and compliance packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing with the provincial regulatory body. 
• Injection certification and valid CPR/First Aid designation.
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for community-focused independent pharmacy.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
