Criteria
Relevant qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the role
- South African citizens aged 18–35 years
- Qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the applied role
- No criminal record and a clear credit history
- Physically capable of handling and moving document boxes (where required)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Basic understanding of document handling and records management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and weekends if required
Minimum requirements
- Diploma (minimum requirement)
- A degree will be advantageous
- Computer literacy (essential)
- Ability to type efficiently without looking at the keyboard
- Experience working in a computer-based environment
Duties
- Conduct visual inspections of digitised images
- Identify and flag quality issues for rework
- Validate digitised data against original documents
- Ensure metadata accuracy
- Monitor quality metrics (resolution, compression, file size)
- Perform quality checks at all stages of scanning
- Maintain equipment and document care standards
- Ensure a clean and controlled working environment
