Criteria
Relevant qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the role
- South African citizens aged 18–35 years
- Qualification aligned to the minimum requirements of the applied role
- No criminal record and a clear credit history
- Physically able to handle and move document boxes (where required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Basic understanding of document handling and records management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets
- Willingness to work shifts, overtime and weekends when required
Minimum requirements
- Diploma (minimum requirement)
- Degree advantageous
- Computer literacy (essential)
- Ability to type efficiently without looking at the keyboard
- Experience working in a computer-based environment
Duties
- Analyse and prepare documents for indexing
- Assign metadata (e.g., name, date, document type and content)
- Capture and extract data accurately
- Conduct quality checks on indexed data
- Store and retrieve data securely in line with company policies
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
