Responsible for supporting in all SAP Administration activities,

Key Responsibilities

(List major responsibilities, that you have, to achieve the key objectives)

SAP & PR Management

Create and process Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in SAP based on approved requirements.
Verify PR details including material/service description, quantity, cost centre, WBS, GL code, and supporting documents.
Track PRs through the approval process and follow up with respective stakeholders for timely closure.
Coordinate with Procurement for conversion of PRs into Purchase Orders (POs).
Monitor open PRs and POs and maintain proper status trackers.
Make necessary amendments/corrections in SAP as per approved requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely SAP data entry and maintain transaction records.
