YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide professional individual counseling, evidence-based therapeutic interventions, and group facilitation services with increasing autonomy.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic impressions under supervision.
- Manage a diverse caseload, including clients with co-occurring disorders, complex trauma histories, and higher levels of clinical need.
- Develop and maintain clinically sound treatment plans with measurable goals and monitor client progress.
- Provide timely and appropriate crisis responses and assist with crisis planning, coordinated responses, and safety monitoring.
- Document all services in compliance with PRM policies, licensing requirements, and ethical standards.
- Communicate with multidisciplinary teams and program leadership to coordinate integrated care and provide clinical recommendations.
- Serve as a clinical resource to Counselor I staff and Recovery Coaches by modeling effective therapeutic communication and sound clinical reasoning.
- Participate in clinical supervision, required training, and continuing education while progressing toward independent licensure.
- You will lead or participate in devotions, prayers, or other organization activities that promote a credible Christian witness and lifestyle.
