YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES
- You will coordinate the daily flow of warehouse operations, ensuring donations are received, processed, organized, and distributed efficiently.
- You will provide day-to-day direction, training, and encouragement to Work Therapy clients and volunteers while promoting a safe, productive, and mission-focused environment.
- You will safely operate Mission vehicles to complete donation pick-ups and deliveries while providing exceptional customer service to donors and community partners.
- You will maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, vehicle inspections, and safety standards to ensure excellent stewardship of donated resources.
- You will collaborate with Mission departments and community partners to support distribution needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requests.
- You will model Christ-like hospitality and stewardship by serving donors, volunteers, and clients with compassion while helping strengthen the Mission's Christian witness through daily interactions and ministry activities.
