Our scribes accompany physicians, throughout their shift: learn to manage documentation for each patient: denote medical terminology, diagnoses, and clinical profiles: and gain amazing clinical experience. We are able to extend to you the opportunity to become a part of one of our emergency room healthcare team in Peoria, IL.
As a medical scribe you will do the following:
- Accompany physicians as they visit patients
- Document the patient history and physical exam
- Prepare plans for follow up care
- Transcribe x-ray, lab, and diagnostic test results
EMT, Medical Research Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Phlebotomist experiences are a plus!
