Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology

Location: Greater Atlanta Area with Select Physical Therapy (in partnership with Emory) and Physiotherapy Associates

Schedule: Full time hours M-F.

Compensation: Competitive market salary + sign on bonus/student debt benefit potential (position-specific).

The ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation program team at Select Physical Therapy (in partnership with Emory) and Physiotherapy Associates is expanding and we are seeking passionate therapists to serve patients throughout the Greater Atlanta region. These roles provide the opportunity to serve a diverse patient caseload, including people affected by cancer.

Interested in lymphedema but not yet trained? We’ll provide training and advanced certification opportunities with tuition costs covered for external courses such as lymphedema certification. ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical. Our vision is to establish comprehensive cancer rehabilitation as a standard of care for people affected by cancer. Our network of 900+ specially trained, multidisciplinary therapists work closely with oncologists and people affected by cancer to create personalized rehabilitation plans.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open and respectful communication with all parties
• Understand and adhere to state practice acts and laws governing PTs
• Complete and maintain required trainings
• Maintain compliance with government regulations
• Evaluate, treat and direct treatment for patients

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Successful completion of those educational requirements as mandated for state licensure or eligibility for a license in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapy State licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certified

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cancer rehabilitation interest/experience
• Lymphedema interest/experience/certification
• Outpatient orthopedic experience
