Construction Safety Risk Manager (CDM & DSEAR)

PIB Risk Management | Field-Based / Home-Based

PIB Risk Management is seeking a Construction Safety Risk Manager to support a diverse portfolio of clients across construction and related industries. This is an excellent opportunity for a health and safety professional with experience in construction risk management, CDM and DSEAR to deliver practical, client-focused consultancy services while helping organisations improve safety, compliance and risk performance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Conduct risk assessments, site inspections, audits and safety reviews at client locations.
• Provide advice and guidance on CDM, DSEAR and wider health and safety requirements.
• Produce high-quality reports, risk management documentation and improvement plans.
• Deliver client training and support investigations into significant incidents.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships through additional services and support.

What We're Looking For

• NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent).
• Minimum Tech IOSH membership with commitment to progressing professionally.
• Experience in construction health and safety, risk management or consultancy.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
