Guardian is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Property Operations to join our Senior Leadership Team.
In this key leadership role, you will oversee a diverse multifamily portfolio, drive operational and financial performance, and lead a team of Regional Property Managers. You will serve as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, strong resident experiences, and achievement of ownership objectives.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with a proven track record of portfolio management, team development, client relations, and driving results in a fast-paced property management environment. Regular travel is required.
Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience (DOE) plus bonus opportunity
Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday

Position Description:
The general purpose of this job is to ensure that each property meets all ownership goals and objectives and Guardian Management procedures and standards through supervision of all areas of each property's management. This includes good physical appearance and maintenance upkeep, good financial health and stability, program and government compliance and client relations which represents Guardian Management as a knowledgeable and professional organization.
