BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST- AUTISM PROGRAM
EDUCATION AND LICENSURE:
Master's degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Education, or Psychology and an active Board Certificated Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential are required. Ability to demonstrate competence in behavior management skills, instructional skills, oral and written communication, organizational skills and interpersonal relations. Ability to work with a variety of clients regarding age, functionality, and with minimal direction.
Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years is preferred.
Must be current on all required training/certifications.
Basic Life Support is required. Must complete CPR, First Aid and any additional emergency medical training as needed by AVA Center Director.
Must complete IBCCES Autism Certification within three months of hire.
Must be licensed in Kentucky by the Kentucky Applied Behavior Analysis Licensing Board.
