Provide operational support: Monitor ServiceNow tickets, troubleshoot issues, participate in break-fix activities, and help resolve cloud-related incidents
Collaborate across teams: Partner with application teams across the organization, including Energy, Retail, and Supply Chain, to help onboard applications to the cloud and implement platform guardrails and best practices
What We’re Looking For
Education: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. Rising seniors are preferred
Technical Skills: Experience with Python is required. Exposure to Terraform, Git repositories, AWS cloud technologies, and Linux operating systems is highly preferred
Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple teams. We're looking for someone who is energetic, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
