SCHEDULE : 40 hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM with availability for on call rotation per policy. There may be an additional need for availability in the event of an emergency. PAYS: $21.40 - $23.33 per hour, DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set) LOCATION: Primarily Shelters: Main Campus 444 Harrison Ave Boston SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: The Maintenance Technician is responsible for but not limited to the day-to-day maintenance including grounds work, plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, troubleshooting H.V.A.C and food service equipment, wall repair, Building Engine PM, painting, special projects and seasonal snow removal.
