SCHEDULE: 40 hours, Monday – Friday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. With availability for on call rotation per policy. There may be an additional need for availability in the event of an emergency.
PAYS: $21.40 - $23.33 per hour, DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set)
LOCATION: Primarily Shelters: Shattuck Shelter, 170 Morton St, Boston Holy Family Inn, 6 Hartford St, Dorchester, or as needed for emergency repairs/response
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:
The Maintenance Tech II is responsible for but not limited to the day-to-day maintenance including grounds work, plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, troubleshooting H.V.A.C and food service equipment, wall repair, Building Engine PM, painting, special projects and seasonal snow removal.
