SCHEDULE : 40 hours, Monday – Friday 7:30- 4:00 with availability for on call rotation once per month. Pays $24.40 - $29.00per hour DOE (Salary ranges provided are based on relevant experience and skill set) LOCATION: 151-155 Geneva Avenue, Dorchester MA, SUMMARY OF THE POSITION: The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for but not limited to the day-to-day maintenance including grounds work, plumbing, minor electrical work, basic carpentry, troubleshooting H.V.A.C and food service equipment, wall repair, Building Engine PM, painting, special projects and seasonal snow removal.
