Job Title: Party Activities Assistant
Job Purpose: To ensure a fun, safe, and memorable party experience for children, parents, and guests by delivering genuine hospitality and professional service.
Operations:
- Greet party children and parents warmly to ensure they feel welcome and valued.
- Prepare the party environment with attention to detail, including Club Fit balloons, decorations, and any specific parent requests.
- Conduct thorough inspections of the gym and party room prior to and during events.
- Confirm party details in advance and assist with cake pickup or ordering when necessary.
- Review the party schedule and checklist to ensure appropriate equipment is set up
- Mats and inflatables (if required)
- Laser Tag setup
- Pool area inspection (if applicable)
- Ensure any café items used are returned promptly.
Communication:
- Stay informed about other Club Fit departments, programs, and events, promoting a community-focused atmosphere.
Service Standards:
- Take personal accountability for all assigned tasks.
- Exhibit a consistently positive and professional attitude.
- Arrive on time for scheduled parties or arrange appropriate coverage while informing the manager and relevant staff.
- Wear the full Club Fit uniform, including issued shirt and nametag.
- Greet and assist members with a friendly, courteous, and helpful demeanor.
- Maintain respectful and supportive interactions with members, colleagues, and management.
Professional and Technical Knowledge:
Ongoing Club Fit Training through 1huddle Learning Management System:
- Bloodborne Pathogens (annually)
- Emergency Response Protocol (ERP) (bi-annually)
- Sexual Harassment (annually)
- Cyber Security (annually)
- Preventing Child Sex Abuse (annually)
Professional Certifications
- Maintain current CPR/AED Certification
- Maintain current First Aid Certification
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb stairs, and reach throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
Team Contribution:
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to assist with additional parties as needed.

- Reports directly to the Energy Center Manager
