- Desktop/laptop; hardware/software; imaging, staging and configuring HP product in both Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems.
- Candidates must have strong client facing, customer service and communication skills to interact with all levels of client staffs.
- Basic networking, wireless and application skills also required.
- 3 or more years of experience in a hands-on desk side support role required
- Must have valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and appropriate insurance (required)
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office software
- Proficient with PC hardware
- Excellent communication skills required.
- PC Refresh Activity experience required
- Lenovo, Dell and HP certifications would be a plus (not required)
