Job Description
Area Sales OfficerManage and develop the Super Stockist and distributor network across the assigned territory.
Drive primary and secondary sales in line with business targets.
Ensure effective stock availability, distribution and product coverage across the territory.
Identify and develop new Super Stockists/distributors to strengthen market reach.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales execution, product availability and visibility.
Work closely with the sales team and channel partners to achieve business objectives.
Monitor distributor stock, claims, outstanding payments and overall channel health.
Ensure effective implementation of company schemes, promotions and trade initiatives.
Track market trends, competitor activities and identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare regular sales and market reports and share relevant updates with the reporting manager.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and compliance requirements.
