ABOUT THE POSITION:
The Charlies Packaging Associate member is responsible for preparing and packaging cannabis products in compliance with company standards and state regulations. This role ensures that products are accurately weighed, labeled, and prepped for final packaging while maintaining cleanliess and efficiency in the pre-roll environment.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weigh, sort, and package cannabis products according to company specifications.
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Ability to efficiently fill, pack, and twist pre-rolls according to company standards.
Additional Qualifications (Preferred):
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or cannabis industry is a plus.
Must be 21+ and able to pass required background checks.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role requires the ability to stand or sit for extended periods, perform repetitive hand and arm movements, and frequently bend or stoop. The employee must also be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. THe position is performed indoors, typically in a cooler environment, and requires the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to maintain safety and compliance standards.
