Hiring -Business Development Executive

Role: Business Development Executive

• Handle end-to-end sales from lead generation to deal closure.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Conduct client calls, meetings, product/service demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Handle negotiation, proposal sharing, pricing discussions, and sales closure.
• Manage the complete sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/ATS.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales closure to delivery.

Experience:1-3 years

Work Location: Madurai  And Chennai
