We’re looking for an IT Support Technician
We're looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team in Montreal. You'll be the first person our colleagues turn to when something isn't working, whether they're sitting next to you in the office or working remotely. The role is hands-on: fixing problems, setting up laptops, keeping our inventory straight and making sure meeting rooms just work.
This is an entry-level position. If you've recently finished a DEC, DEP or AEC in IT support and have some real-world experience from an internship, a previous job or serious school projects, we'd like to hear from you. You'll learn a lot, and you'll have room to grow into more technical work over time.
Nice to have
You’ll need to be fluent in English (written & spoken), as day-to-day work involves collaboration with international employees — US, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and more.
