What you will do:

- You provide the tourists with full and high- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.

- You maintain the client experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.

- You offer refund services as well as 1st level support during refund processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.

Who you are
- min. 1 year working experience in a comparable position (finance industry, hospitality, retail luxury)
- Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Korean and French
- Arabic, Chinese, Japenese, Portuguese or Spanish are mostly welcomed
